Diary of a Final Year Student
By Odimfe Favour When people say “ the student in me has graduated” , I didn’t fully understand until recently. Tired is an understatement for my situation but this is the final lap and I have to run it. Sincerely I did not know what to expect when we resumed from the festive break but it was clear that there will be a truckload of academic work; assignments, presentations, tests etc. A bridge that we must cross. Yet, the heaviest cloud hanging over our heads or at least I am sure is hanging over my head is the final year project. Can I say I have started? Yes. Can I say it is moving? No! Indeed it is a dilemma. But as we all say, we move >>> While we are moving, the boss is waiting for us in front as usual, in the form of the first-semester examination (cries in advanced radio production).
